The Departments of Alumni Services, Marketing & University Relations for Southeast Missouri State University moved into a renovation of the former First Baptist Church. The project included 3 floors of office renovation and exterior improvements. A new main entrance was created on the side of the building, with a monumental stair, plaza, and fountain for Alumni gatherings.
