HKW was the Architect, Owner and Developer on a 28,000 square foot Historic Renovation of the former Temple Israel Annex in the Central West End. The project was elgible for and received both State and Federal Historic Tax Credits. HKW coordinated all of the Tax Credit submissions during the process. The building also currently houses HKW’s office.
